Good communication and was straightforward with everything he talked about. Our garage spring had broken in the evening and he had stopped by the day after. He did not have the correct springs for our garage, so he had to come the next day (not a big deal). The day of, he finished replacing the springs within 30 minutes and greased everything up for us. He did a great job with a great turnaround.
